Do your products have an expiration date?

Our products are handmade with premium organic and natural products. In regards to our whipped body butter. None of the ingredients are perishable items. Therefore, there is no accurate shelf time for the item. I do recommend discarding after 12 months.

When will my item/s ship?

All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of your purchase.

 

If you purchase during holiday, please allow an additional 2 days for shipping.

What do I do if my item is melted or spoiled?

Butter melting during shipping is inevitable. We use high quality glass jars which has an extremely high resistance to heat and cold.

If your butter arrives melted immediately place in the fridge. If your scrubs arrive deflated contact us immediately.
